Shipping
All orders within the United States are charged a rate of $3.00 or more depending on how many caps you order.
All orders outside the United States are charged a rate of $15.00 or more depending on how many caps you order. Please also keep in mind that shipping can take several weeks.
Orders placed within the USA are usually shipped first class throught the USPS.
Most orders are ready to go out within one to six business days. If your order contains one or more fancy caps or animal caps, please allow an extra 2 weeks for the completion of your order as all of these caps are made to order.
Refund Poilicy
We will accept returns based on the following criteria:
1. Cap is still in new condition and unused, meaning it was not worn to swim.
2. Cap is returned within 30 days.
3. Cap is mailed back with postage paid, C.O.D deliveries will not be accepted.
4. Returns are still up to our disgression. We can not accept returns without a valid reason for return.
If the above criteria are met, a refund of the original purchase price minus a restocking fee of $5.00 will be granted. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

*Please keep in mind that FANCY caps are made to order and not returnable! Fancy caps are final sale!
